Incredible value. Showed well over 2 days. — 7 months ago
Full bodied luscious white fruit and very soft and elegant. — a year ago
Declassfied Meursault from their younger vines (still 40+ years old). Has more of the nerve of Puligny. Great value. — a month ago
Really a wonderful cote rotie in a prime drinking window at ~10 years. 13% abv which is appreciated. Very balanced with wonderful length. Great acid. Quite typical Syrah on the nose. Mouth filling with nice deep fruit and some earth. Great pairing with terrine and wild hare at Auberge Bressane in Paris. — 4 months ago
Gifted from Andy’s friend’s family vineyard. Hands down the best wine I’ve ever tasted. There’s some magical quality I can’t name as I’ve never tasted it before. Incredible. — 10 months ago
Pretty typical tasting Chardonnay. Nice balance, the oak isn’t overpowering. Tastes of apple, almond, and vanilla. Nice and enjoyable, but not something I would chase down. — 2 months ago
Lovely, but much less reduction than another one of Jobard’s 18s I had earlier this year (I was hoping for more of that reductive streak). Wasn’t as good on day 2 so I think these should be consumed over the next 5 years or so. — 6 months ago
