A field blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Manzoni & Viognier..
Orchard apples & pears, unripe pineapple, white tea, camomile, plus an uplifting, exotic flowery touch.
On the palate this is juicy, taut, with great tension & energy around the mineral backbone and slightly tannic outer case.
