This was really nice, better than barbers d’asti? — 2 years ago
Lil bubble of air in the foil, which made me worried. Opened it a couple hours before drinking it to make sure it wasn’t totally off. Tasted upon opening, it’s funky but not off. I’ve had off bottles of Escoda and this wasn’t one. Quite pretty from start to finish. At dinner, a few hours later, on the nose: cinnamon, cherry ludens, Brett/bandaids, lively. Palette: sour cherry, pomegranate, jasmine and other florals, white pepper. Finish has more white pepper and ginger candies with the powdery stuff on them. Sort of tannic still. Acid and tannin indicates we could hold the other 2 bottles for a while. — 2 years ago
Needs to breathe and once it does, it is remarkably smooth yet bold. — 4 months ago
Such a fun, drinkable wine. Nice color. Great way to start a meal. Subtle, non-confrontational. A bit of fruit. Opens up after a few minutes in the bottle. — 5 months ago

Best trepat I have ever tasted. Fruity but balanced. Low tannins, light bodied and medium acidity. Strawberries with an earthy character. Extremely drinkable. — 3 years ago

Super dry, super crisp, super mineral/chalky, strong bubbles. Pale salmon and golden in color. Bitters on the finish. Good aperitif with a charcuterie plate. It’s very bracing, nice pairing with richer foods. Thanks Pepe — 2 months ago
