Mexican-Style Chocolate Stout. 8.1% alc/vol Foamy brown on pour, slightly syrupy mouthfeel, slight sweetness. Smell of hops, vanilla, cinnamon, flavor of chocolate, hop bitterness, hints of nutmeg and Padilla chili pepper. I suspect it’s all chocolate malt here, and nary a cacao nib.
