Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate and fruity.
Nice length on the finish with fine grained tannins.
Tasty and easy drinking. Elegant and rich.
Good right out of the bottle and better with airtime. Much better after 2 hours of airtime, when tannins come in.
Well balanced with a great soft mouthfeel.
This is a Pinot Noir for the Cabernet lover.
I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.

Wonderful Napa Cab from Patland. At 8 years old needed to breathe a bit. Full bodied, yet very smooth. Paired beautifully with a fillet, but could pair with anything. Lots of dark chocolate on the palate. Drank in July 2025 — 8 months ago

This 11 year fortified wine from Napa Valley is drinking beautifully now. Rich, extracted and complex. Showing good balance with a great mouthfeel.
Good right out of the bottle, and better with some air time, when the beautiful nose shows up.
A great dessert wine to sip on by itself.
100% Petite Sirah grapes were aged in French oak barrels for 20 months. A small production of less than 2,200 bottles.
