Medium ruby in color; blackberries, plums, and graphite on the nose; high acidity; high tannins; tastes like cherries, dried figs, and wet slate with a long finish. Nellie, Lizzy, and I like it. — 20 days ago
Wait a minute!! This a a Sauvignon Blanc from Monterey Central Mexico. Vibrant, lucious body from flavors of papaya, mango and citrus. Balanced and clean on the finish. We paired it with Brie topped with strawberry jam infused with…yes you guessed it, jalapeños. Incredible. And all that the day before Christmas Eve. Tammy and I were having a toast with this exhilarating, unexpected hidden gem of a wine on what is ahead of us with Spoken Wines. Here’s to new adventures and unexpected turns. www.spokenwines.com. — a year ago
