Oh my god... This was fantastic!!! On the nose it is thick and heady. Darkest red wine I might have ever had. Rich looking in the glass. You taste it multiple times. In comes in waves. Spices mixed so well with fleshy fruit and it lingers and resonates. Smokey and sooo deep. An utterly spectacular wine. — a month ago

A very energetic mouthful, somehow ripe and pulling it own weight (with acidic towing equipment) so you don’t feel the weight but you know it has a body, like me in an empire waist dress. Zingy ripe raspberry makes friends with preserved lemon while white toast and white pepper duel it out as to who is the loudest (but not the whitest we know the toast wins that). Really a delicious steal from Tasmania. — 9 months ago

Sine Qua Non extended barrel age tasting.
Together with the Stockholm syndrome this was my WOTN.
All wines performed beautifully. It showed a consistent style throughout the line up with only nuanced differences.
The EBA cuvee's get an extended time in barrel. Typically 12 months extra if I'm correct. We selected bottles that had a bit of age / cellar time from our collections since these need time to show their full development potential.
Massively structured and a plethora of spices can be found in all cuvee's. High alcohol but all well integrated and balanced. Worth seeking out if you like the style. — a month ago
