Rust color. Notes of tomato paste, tuna carpaccio, green strawberry. Light nose. Drank on the patio at Bottega Monteleone in Palermo with olives/sun dried tomatoes and ricotta sesame toast. First wine we’ve had from Pantellira. — 3 years ago
