This wine, dubbed the Jarvis Tomei Coloma Mother Lode Rhone Red blend, is consistent with the quality of prior Coloma label releases. Most likely some variation of GSM, it has sharp tannins, light body, and blackberry and currant flavors. — 10 years ago

Reticent on the nose, but could be because it is freshly opened. Honeysuckle and cantaloupe begin to come through, wild flowers. Tangy and slightly peppery on the tongue, but round and silky in texture. Very nice. — 10 years ago
