Samuel Smith's Organic Pale Ale is a nice pint. Amber coloured with a good but not over frothy bread. Bready, malty, and with a hint of caramel complimented by light carbonation.

Cedar, brewers yeast, dried roses, concrete. -very dry. You can sense it’s dryness on the nose. Slightly muted blue and red fruit. Gets better with air. Think this would be great with age. In 10 years, smoke and more roses. — 6 years ago

My wife picked this up at Sams Club, (where everything is 50% off before they close the Milwaukee stores.) The label says, "Located on Monterey's pacific coast where the cool fog sweeps in each evening". As a soldier once stationed at Fort Ord, I can attest to the coastal fog part. This wine has great berry flavors, mild acidity, and a semi dry finish. A very enjoyable taste at a bargain price. Pairs well with beef tenderloin.

Well well well, balanced she said. Bright and earthy after uncorking but slow the horses! This beautiful wine opened up to reveal balance, elegance, light fruit, and smooth depth. This is the perfect age to drink it. Enjoying ourselves at Lupi & Iris in Milwaukee. — 4 years ago

Its Miller time on the back yard.

Todays lunch and brew. Belgium style wheat ale, cloudy, white head that dissipates quickly, brewed with coriander and orange peel.

The plumper hot dogs are made by Fred Usinger Sausage Co. Milwaukee, Wi. Absolutely the finest that can be found.
