Samuel Smith's Organic Pale Ale is a nice pint. Amber coloured with a good but not over frothy bread. Bready, malty, and with a hint of caramel complimented by light carbonation.

Cedar, brewers yeast, dried roses, concrete. -very dry. You can sense it’s dryness on the nose. Slightly muted blue and red fruit. Gets better with air. Think this would be great with age. In 10 years, smoke and more roses. — 3 years ago

Todays lunch and brew. Belgium style wheat ale, cloudy, white head that dissipates quickly, brewed with coriander and orange peel.

The plumper hot dogs are made by Fred Usinger Sausage Co. Milwaukee, Wi. Absolutely the finest that can be found.
