A real cellar gem...
Sauteed pineapple, apricotjam, hints of lavender and honey, pistaccio and salty caramel. So rich, so unctuous, yet so digestible and well balanced. Mosel riesling as it should be. Delicious! Glorious!

Seemingly to rich for a Kabinett. Acid is a smidge lower than my likes. Broad style that comes together the more it sits. I enjoyed the 2nd glass more than the first...hope trend continues. Update! This got better. — 10 years ago
