Flavors of lemon/lime, white peach, grapefruit and apricot fruit with a touch of honey. Firm mineral backbone comes to the forefront on the long and lingering (slightly tingly) finish. Pretty tasty stuff.. this is my 3rd Jurancon dessert wine in 3 days and they're growing on me. Very peachy with some funk on the nose. Palate is cool because it's not too sweet, but has a nice balancing acidity at the end. Peach, pineapple rind, and a bit of nuttiness. That's fun. — 10 years ago
