This is a very charming smallish winery in Tuscany. Their approach is counterintuitive in that their wine is not necessarily meant to be cellared and the are producing merlot and Sauvignon blanc in a place where you don’t normally see it. The merlot is excellent and has characteristics of a Sangiovese with refined tannins. This is different in a very good way. Cheers Denis and Jennifer — 5 years ago
