Very dark and full bodied. Dry but light and mild tannins. Strong blackberry flavor, light licorice flavor. Ate with standing rib roast and asparagus. It was a gift. I would never spend this much money on a bottle of wine. — 9 years ago

For tonight's grain de raisin, I chose a nifty label in my girlfriends liquor cabinet while she was getting her hair did. Very light red blend with strong blackberry or boysenberry flavors and tobacco finish. Tannins are pungent though harmonic with the grape's personality. I may use this as deodorant in the morning. — 9 years ago
