Proprietor's Cuvée 2014

Got this at a steal because they were cleaning out some inventory. Lovely Bourdeaux-style blend with 50 CS, 25 CF, 17 Malbec, and 8 PV. Nice blend, drinking beautifully now. Good on its own or with food. — 3 years ago

Cuvée Méline Sauvignon Blanc Blend 2018

The ‘Cuvee Meline’ is a beautiful white wine made by the talented Dr. Kit Singh. On the nose this has good range from honeysuckle to cantaloupe and shades of Pink Lady apple that all connect in the glass. The palate has a good combination of freshness and weigh, delivering bright orchard and citrus fruit flavors that combine with minerals and shades of wild mushroom. While delightful in its youth, this will evolve well over the next decade. Drink 2019-2026- 91

Aubert

UV-SL Vineyard Chardonnay 2014

Outstanding! Lemon cream, honey, and caramel. Zesty with a long finish. I love Aubert Chardonnays (their Pinots are pretty great too), but this is a special bottle. I may be slightly partial to their Lauren wines, but this is stunning. — 6 months ago

Aubert

Carneros Chardonnay 2013

The Carneros wines from Aubert are usually not my favorites - they have tended to be a bit over extracted for my tastes - but I may have to reconsider that if I let them age for a bit: this 2013 is excellent. Still doesn’t touch the Lauren vineyard wines - far and away my favorite - but this one has settled down considerably since we last tried it a few years back. Well integrated, and beautifully balanced provide you keep it below cellar temp (gets too flabby if it’s too close to room temp). Of course, this is splitting hairs: the starting point for Mark’s wines start is awesome and we just go from there! — 3 years ago
