With freshly caught striped bass, tomato, and garlic. My man delivered! — 10 years ago
Plum, ground coffee and earth notes. Sweet full bodied palate. Barossa Shiraz showing at its likeable best. A huge gravity shift from recent Unoaked Brunellos. There is a place in my cellar for both styles but leaning towards less full bodied wines. — 11 years ago
Delicious, chocolate and raspberry. Not full of tannins and fruit flavour — 9 years ago
Marvellous. A taste of Provence from the Barossa. Aromatic notes of roses, strawberries and taste of fresh strawberries. Dry, low tannin and acid. Short crisp finish. Great on these hot WA summer days with light fare. — 10 years ago

A rich, flavoursome mid-week quaffer — 9 years ago
Classic Barossa Shiraz. Can most definitely age. Deep ruby with menthol, blackberry, black plum and pepper notes. Med plus acid and tannins. Med plus body med alcohol. Blackberry, old black plum and possible prune with tobacco and of course that classic black pepper sting after the long finish. Cellar for another five to ten if you can. — 9 years ago
