Classics Barossa Valley Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Classic Barossa Shiraz. Can most definitely age. Deep ruby with menthol, blackberry, black plum and pepper notes. Med plus acid and tannins. Med plus body med alcohol. Blackberry, old black plum and possible prune with tobacco and of course that classic black pepper sting after the long finish. Cellar for another five to ten if you can. — 7 years ago

Siren Grenache Mourvedre Rosé

Marvellous. A taste of Provence from the Barossa. Aromatic notes of roses, strawberries and taste of fresh strawberries. Dry, low tannin and acid. Short crisp finish. Great on these hot WA summer days with light fare. — 7 years ago

Riesling 2014

Dusty lime and Meyer lemons with chalk and tangy acidity. Best bang for the buck I've had with a Riesling in a long time. Buy this by the case and drink or hold. — 8 years ago
