This wine has a total surprise- it smells dry then upon the 1st sip bam….hello I’m a semi dry with a sweet taste!!! I was not expecting that and was pleasantly surprised. This wine comes from an amazing winery in North East, PA in the Erie area. This wine has a nice dark color and has a dry grape aroma. I would consider this wine a semi dry and tastes like a sweet Cabernet. A semi-dry start with a sweet finish…..very very good! I highly recommend this wine and would definitely buy this again. — 2 years ago

One of the better wines I’ve had this year (delayed post from Dec ‘22) and a total surprise. From the Keknyelu grape planted in the volcanic hilly region on the north shore of Lake Balaton. Something between carricante and Silvaner. Smells and tastes intensely like wet basalt. Subtle hints of pineapple and stone fruit. Light. Lovely. — a year ago
