Grown in stony, sandy soils with high content of limestone.
Vines are between 13-32 years of age.
Straw yellow with pink highlights.
Dry but with fruity flavours of peach, melon and yellow flowers.
A bit spicy with a slight peach pit bitterness on the finish.
This wine also spends 9 months on its lees to give round mouth feel on the finish.

Lightly extracted ruby red. Cherry fruit lather aroma. Light cherry berry flavor. Slight bitter seed finish. Worth a light chill, easy drinking. After a couple of hours, a nectarine-apricot flavor emerges in the finish which is really flavorful, so maybe you want to decant this one. — a year ago
