Excellent - letting it breath revealed full potential. — 8 years ago
Past its best, but there is more than one thing I like in this wine
Firstly the tactile perception in your mouth, the wine invades your oral cavity
And secondly it is still fresh and a mineral tone after few hours came out too
(it reminded me of a Montrachet Marquise de Laguiche 1986 for the power)
Yes the fruit had gone oxidised a bit but I save this wine for the picture — 6 years ago
2009 Delas Freres Marquise de la Tourette Hermitage Blanc ( 90% Marsanne and 10% Roussanne)
Golden yellow color is pleasing. The nose is full of lemon, apple, pear, white peach, and apricot with some very mild spice, and perhaps some very light dried green herbs.
The palate is rather full and round with decent depth...with lemon, pear, white peach, and a floral component. The palate finishes with a light oily consistency , some light smoky minerality, and light mouth coating dryness/tannin. Decent length.

Nice acidity with great citrus and tropical fruit flavors on the palate #tastingroom — 5 years ago
Tawny and translucent. Great nose right away. Notes of black cherry, slate, blueberries, iron and a little menthol. Rich and silky in the mouth. Some structure but soft and delicate too. Balanced and has a nice sweet fruit element. Just missing a little oomph in the finish. At peak and won’t benefit from more age. — 6 years ago

Château Léoville Las Cases ‘La Petite Marquise’ Saint-Julien 2018: Medium-full bodied. Medium-high acidity. Noticeable tannins that mellowed out over time. Deep purple in color. Tasting notes of blackberry, plum, strawberry, cedar & oak. Smooth warm finish. All in all, a rich & delicious Saint-Julien wine however very worthy of additional years of cellaring. Be well wine friends! Cheers 🇫🇷🍷 — 2 years ago
