2018 vintage. This is apparently pure Merlot, a collaboration between Daniel and Nicolas Roux (Château Coulonge) and Olivier Techer (of Gombaude Guillot fame). Organic grapes and no added sulfites. This is a great example of a so-called, "natural wine" without the technical flaws of so many wines in that category. Lots of juicy cherry fruit, clean and fresh with some spiciness and a nice tannic bite. This is not about complexity, but a delicious no-nonsense versatile wine that can be enjoyed on its own or with different kinds of food. Works well even served a bit cold. Abv. 13,5 %. — 4 years ago
Wow. Perfect chard for those who prefer minerality and think they don’t like chards. — 4 months ago
Enticing, darker Pinot from southern Jura. More black fruit than red, some undergrowth, fresh, mineral, a touch of dark sweet cherry. Evolves in the glass beautiful.
On the palate this has surprising grip, but is also so juicy. Fresh berries, cherry acidity, a mineral backdrop. Focused, with great energy & depth and yet such flow. Cool, dark, delicious Pinot.

Dry, smooth balanced fruit — 4 years ago
This is a blend of Niellucciu 80% – Grenache 15% – Syrah 5%. Nose has a lot going on. Licorice, dark berries, tree bark, cracked rocks. Almost Bandol-like. Rustic, tannic feel in the mouth, but not so much as to detract. Dark fruit and dark stoney flavors. Very clingy. Very good.
UPDATE: As this gains air, the tannins are receding and richer fruit is showing through. — 8 months ago

6 person cab tasting this was a lot of people’s first place or tied for first I absolutely love this wine matches my pallet too big berrys on the start that turns into some earthy and green bell pepper type notes on the mid and back end a absolute steal for its price — 2 months ago
