Once again I am forced to ask "Does Copain do anything just average? This Rose went really well with some crackers ant Chardonnay & Cheddar spread as well as guacamole and Kerrygold Swiss. I have never been a fan of Rose (with accent) but this wine is heavenly! — 11 years ago
Butterscotch. Chocolate 🍫. Certainly a higher level of Irish 🍀 Cream. — 8 years ago
Wasn't expecting this wonderful tasting wine, especially with celery sticks, humans, and KerryGold Dublin cheese. I know, a little hang out snacking but with this wine I thought I was sampling the trey of canapés at the Ritz Carlton. BTW, I don't usually drink wine during cocktail hour but when I do it will be Main&Geary's Petite Sirah. — 10 years ago
#lifegoals = making enough money to make this my go-to weeknight wine 😍 I used to (and still) love how it smells to crack open an old book. This tastes like that, in the best way possible. Enjoyed this with Potatoes Anna (heavy on the Kerrygold butter), grilled asparagus, and pork loin. Feeling fat and happy 😬 — 10 years ago
Berry forward, balanced, lush. A versatile, welcoming Pinot from Russian River. Paired quite nicely with 'Luke's' organic/ gluten free Black pepper multigrain & seed crackers, topped with a pinch of Kerrygold Irish aged cheddar soaked in Irish whiskey. I imagine this Pinot would complement either a robust cornmeal crust/ italian sausage pizza, or a light Brie/green apple sandwich. Altogether complementary and accommodating feel to this vino... — 11 years ago
