Nice barbera at Olive & June in Austin. Very ripe overall, fruit forward, a little acidic and on the lighter side. Went well with the food. — 11 years ago
A fresh and young 2021. Tight acids, lots of bright tannins. Hasn’t mellowed into Nebbiolo brick and tar yet, but good. Lots of dried roses, thyme, flinty, touch of prune and baking spice. From Fermented Grapes. 12/10/2022 — 3 years ago

Take the other ratings with a grain of salt. Maybe they ate something spicy or weren’t in the mood. This is full of subtle yet complex flavor, perfect bubbles and great acidity. Green apple, yeast, lemon. Almost clear, slight yellow. Delicious.
It also remarkably holds up after a few days, as long as you vacuum seal the bottle. The bubbles get softer, but the flavor develops. I bought 4 more bottles to share with friends. — 3 years ago
Exactly what you'd expect from a sweet, red Italian. Slight sparkle. Low alcohol. Delicious. — 6 years ago
