Disgorged in 2021. I did not know what to expect but I was very happy after the first taste. Bone dry and acidic , it shocked my taste buds.  After about 20 minutes ,like the groundhog looking for it’s shadow, some fruit made an appearance. Cherry and strawberry started to chip away at the acidity but never got the upper hand. Went very well with meatballs in mustard sauce ( vs tomato sauce) in addition to veal Milanese. — a year ago
