Delicious wine. Had with Greg and Angie — 7 days ago
Damn son, beautiful cherries and herbs with the dopeness of the Greg Pop signature. Hope everybody is healthy and safe. — 2 months ago
Greg Brewer has made this terroir forward than US consumer backward commercially appealing Chard. Would have guessed Chablis in a blind taste. Probably the only clue to box this into new world can be medium plus viscosity and high ABV quite visible looking at the yellow golden color, and tears. On the nose, you get grapefruit, lemon, orange, pears and secondary flowers and then earthiness. Confirmed on the palate. Multi-layered, tightly wound and well integrated wine. Decent mineral finish. Bottom line - I want to drink more of this! yum! — 3 months ago

Birthday champagne for dinner with Mackenzie and Patrick, last years birthday gift from Danee and Greg — 2 months ago
The second vintage of this new label from Greg Brewer, this one reminds me to some extent of some of the limited release syrahs that he made at Melville a few years back. Lots of spice and candied blackberries on the nose, the wine was pretty closed on the palate initially, with more earthy overtones than I picked up on the nose. Definitely needs more time: while the tannins are sweet and well-integrated, the wine is pretty tight even after 10-15 min in the glass. If you want to open up a bottle of this now I’d recommend decanting a couple of hours in advance. Otherwise, let this one rest in your cellar for 2-3 years. — 3 months ago
Golden hues. Very fine bubbles. Light citrus, yeast. Great champagne. — 3 months ago
2018 vintage - Probably my favorite blend I’ve had. Very well balanced, not too sweet.
Enjoyed with Greg, Patty, Caroline, and Letz as we talked about buying a house — 4 months ago
‘Product of Washington’ but cellared and bottled in Geyserville, California. This wine has been around. Black label front and back, sleek. Dark as night in the glass. Smells ‘winey’. It’s got fruit syrup, fruit flavored balsamic, and some cedar perhaps. Flavors are very balanced and fairly nuanced. Has a hint of that sagebrush that some WA Merlot brings. Also nice black currant thing they always say with Cab. Also a hint of black licorice. Plenty of tannins and a nice zing on the tongue. This is a great affordable blend made with a deft hand. Substantial but not overwhelming. Funny it’s got 10% Pinot and 10% Syrah. Only in America...
The website says the Founder and President is Greg Popovich. No, not that NBA great ‘Pop’, but hell with that name you’re good to go in my book! — 5 months ago
