Such an exotic treat! — 4 years ago

Deep golden colour suggests some skin maceration. All kinds of lemon on the nose. Preserved, freshly squeezed and charred. An intriguing note of pine cone. On the palate, there is a lot more that tells this wine apart from, say a French Chardonnay. Light bodied, medium (or slightly above) acidity, mineral and a medium finish. Clean and refreshing. — 3 years ago
An amazing Gewurztraminer that taste absolutely unique.
Such a depth and length. Beautiful bitters. So fresh. But still big. A truly spectacular wine for very special occasions.
This wine is macerated with the skin for a long time (7 months). Then 5 months in stainless steel. — 4 years ago
This is the “Lato Clara,” from Grawü in the Alto Adige. A ripe + lightly macerated white (Bronner — a grape I don’t know) that was nicely dry and savory and came right in time for dessert — 2 years ago
