La Grapperie

L'Enchanteresse Pineau d'Aunis

9.3 for the 2005 light subdued complex dark fruit nose with a dark red color and a surprisingly (to me) full body with considerably complexity and a long complex aftertaste. It will age several more years in a cool cellar, but has many more years of growth. — 5 years ago

Le Gravot Pineau d'Aunis Blend 2012

Black raspberries, blueberry, white pepper, mushrooms, old books, violets, rocks. Rounded acidity/minimal tannin presence, silk-juicy texture, soft medium bodied, earthy slightly smoky finish. Mineral driven, aromatic, easy drinking while maintaining its earthiness throughout. — 8 years ago
