Cherry and red/dark berry with a touch of leather and earthiness. Still prefer Willamette Pinots but this French Pinot was quite impressive. — 7 months ago

A stunning blend of Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon showcasing the best of each grape. Crisp acidity, gorgeous floral, peach aroma with elderflower, orange blossom, tangerine, Meyer lemon, green apple, ripe pear, chalk, flint, crushed fresh herbs (thyme and sage) and a hint of oaky vanilla. Great length and for all its opulence, is elegant with great finesse. — 4 years ago

Now this I love. Finally a wine I can really get behind. — 7 years ago
A big French red yet with a mellow California-like finish. These things sound like an impossible marriage yet here it is. Wonderful and a surprisingly excellent blend. Mature red fruit with some notes of light tobacco transitioning into a raspberry paired with a silky finish. Pair with some soft cheese for a maximum effect and enjoy! Sante! — 8 years ago

This wine is cloudy in appearance with a peach-like tint to it. The nose is complex, with notes of watermelon rind, pineapple, green apple, and citrus. The palate is savory and tart. There are flavors of sour cherry, apricot, Meyer lemon, and pineapple juice. A cloak of salinity wraps around the flavor package. This is one of the more interesting wines I’ve tasted lately. I don’t know if it’s for everyone, but it is for me. I would like to pair it with a shrimp salad or even have it with an eggs-and-sausage brunch. Breakfast, even, if you don’t have to go to work. — a month ago
