Vintage 2010 | My last 375 ml, curious because I thought it might be too old. Instead: it is g o r g e o u s. Beautiful ripened cab franc smell, as vibrant as possible. The back label says cab franc ánd cab sauvignon. Elegant taste. This wine is from the time Frederic Brochet owned the domaine and wanted to make wines as beautiful as possible. Proof that great wines can be made in Vienne. Biological organic wine, if anyone needs proof that these wines can ripen > this is a great example. Paired with pasta and a improvisation mushroom sauce. — 6 days ago

Liikanen: Mycket söt smak med Lena vindrucor. Ingen besk eftersmak alls. Smaken flyter längs med hela munnen. Åh så gott!

22:21: Elaine: Okej jag har bara en sak o säga. Det här vinet gör att min geografiska tunga framhävs. Jag känner det. Det finns just nu många kontinenter. Smack smack smack, mmmmm.

Liikanen: Smaken retas av att vara extremt syrlig, i kanske en artondels sekund innan smaken blir söt och ljuvlig. Riktigt retligt vin men ack så gott! — 8 years ago

Holloran 2021 Tempranillo, Eola-Amity Hills, Dundee Oregon. This wine is amazingly easy to drink  right out of the bottle. Excellent for a lunch time vino. Bouquet is simple dark cherry juice. The palate is very subtle with dark berries and cherries. Very light on the palate. The finish is not dry nor sweet. Just leaves you wanting another sip!!!!
