Nose of raspberries, strawberries, citrus, red and green apples, white flowers, light grapefruits, earth, light yeast, minerals and herbs.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity, and medium sized bubbles.

Dry on the palate with citrus, apples, pears, light earth, minerals, light yeast, spices, salt and light brioche.

Long finish with limes and almonds.

This is a delicious Sparkling Rosé from Carneros. Elegant and nicely balanced. Rich and fruit forward. Tangy and spicy.

This Single Vineyard sparkling Pinot Noir is already very approachable, and will continue to age nicely in the next 7 to 10 years.

I've had the 2022 vintage a couple of years ago, and it showed differently, but just as delicious.

Good right out of the bottle, and better when not too cold. Good by itself or with food.

100% Pinot Noir grapes were aged in neutral French Oak barrels for 8 months. A small production of only 1,500 bottles.

A very distinct nose. Peach skins and something like tarragon plus cherry blossoms. It gives me the sense of fresh spring water flowing through a cherry orchard in April. Too drippy? I'm sticking to it. — 4 months ago

This is a delicious Rosé from Carneros in California. Complex and nicely balanced. Elegant and fruit forward.

I had this vintage a year ago, and it is already drinking much better now.

This Single Vineyard sparkling Rosé will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years.

Good right out of the bottle, and better when not too cold.

Good by itself as a sipping wine, and paired beautifully with my seafood platter.

100% Pinot Noir grapes.

Deep purple in color with a short reddish rim.

Red and black fruits on the nose with light oak, chocolates, spices, cola and black pepper.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with black currants, black plums, black cherries, cedar, light vanilla, milk chocolates, coke, light earth, herbs, licorice and peppercorn.

Long finish with fine grained tannins and cherries.

This young Merlot from Napa Valley is already drinking beautifully. Rich, elegant and fruit forward.

Good right out of the bottle and better with airtime.

This Single Vineyard Merlot will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years. Soft, smooth and very spicy. Nicely balanced and complex.

Easy drinking, and good by itself as a sipping wine.

A tiny production of less than 1,000 bottles.

It is time for my #FridayCabernetfix.

Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.

Beautiful nose of blackberries, blueberries, black plums, black cherries, cedar, light vanilla, licorice, chocolates, earth, light coffee, tobacco, light toast, mediterranean spices, black pepper and herbs.

Full bodied and elegant with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, cooked cherries, cedar, toast, light vanilla, spices, dark chocolates, licorice, coffee, peppercorn, earth, herbs and eucalyptus.

Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.

This 3 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is already drinking gorgeously. Nicely balanced, fruit forward and very complex.

I had the 2019 vintage a few years ago and it is very consistent.

This Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years. Has good potential to become a 95 point wine.

Spicy and entertaining with a soft mouthfeel. The alcohol is well integrated already.

I gave it 2 hours in the decanter to open up.

A great sipping wine that will pair nicely with a big piece of steak too.

Oaky on the nose with yellow apples, vanilla, light citrus and honey notes.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with apples, pears, apricots, light tropical fruits, spices, oak, vanilla, herbs and peppercorn.

Long spicy finish with spices and light marzipan.

This 5 year old Chardonnay is drinking beautifully now. Fruity and elegant. Spicy and tangy.

Needs 30 minutes to open up and soften the oak and vanilla notes, but good right out of the bottle too.

I had it a few years ago, and it is drinking so much better now. So nice to see how it evolved during this period. Will continue to drink nicely in the next few years.

This Single Vineyard Chardonnay is complex and interesting. Delicious now.

Well balanced and good by itself as a sipping wine.

14.3% alcohol by volume.
