This is a delicious Rosé from Carneros in California. Complex and nicely balanced. Elegant and fruit forward.
I had this vintage a year ago, and it is already drinking much better now.
This Single Vineyard sparkling Rosé will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years.
Good right out of the bottle, and better when not too cold.
Good by itself as a sipping wine, and paired beautifully with my seafood platter.

Full bodied and elegant with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, cooked cherries, cedar, toast, light vanilla, spices, dark chocolates, licorice, coffee, peppercorn, earth, herbs and eucalyptus.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This 3 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is already drinking gorgeously. Nicely balanced, fruit forward and very complex.
I had the 2019 vintage a few years ago and it is very consistent.
This Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years. Has good potential to become a 95 point wine.
Spicy and entertaining with a soft mouthfeel. The alcohol is well integrated already.
I gave it 2 hours in the decanter to open up.
A great sipping wine that will pair nicely with a big piece of steak too.

This 5 year old Chardonnay is drinking beautifully now. Fruity and elegant. Spicy and tangy.
Needs 30 minutes to open up and soften the oak and vanilla notes, but good right out of the bottle too.
I had it a few years ago, and it is drinking so much better now. So nice to see how it evolved during this period. Will continue to drink nicely in the next few years.
This Single Vineyard Chardonnay is complex and interesting. Delicious now.
