Quite aromatically expressive once given a 30+ min decant, after which aromas of pomegranate, violet & lavender come through along with an earthy undercurrent.  The palate is supremely well balanced with flavors of blueberries, red currants, with a bite of black pepper on the finish. Overall a lovely cru Beaujolais, which keeps luring you back for one more sip. It proved an excellent, albeit untraditional, pairing with jalapeño & queso fresco turkey burgers! Buena calidad precio de este malbec, servicio de 16° a 18° C, acompañe con pollo a la marengo, arroz, sabroso, invita a seguir tomando, vista color rojo intenso, en nariz, recuerdos a fresa, ciruelas, en boca agradable, intenso, de taninos suaves, fresco, untuoso, sensaciones a frutos rojos, persistencia media larga, final frutado. vino ligero, sencillo facil de tomar muy versatil, se puede combinar casi con cualquier plato de carnes, me gusto. This Prosecco gives a nice froth which dissipates quickly. The pale gold-green wine gives aromas of apples and apricots, laced with citrus minerals. The palate shows an earthy display of green apples and a slight cherry flavor. It drinks a bit more seriously than Prosecco has a reputation for. It’s fun, to be sure, but the complexity brings it to another level. — 3 years ago
