Gravel and lemon rind on the nose. Honey, green apple, green pear, mineral, lemon, and grapefruit on the palate. Slight citrus rind/seed astringency. A good bit of alcohol for a white. A pleasant surprise. Light to medium bodied, with some lemony citrus and nutty flavors. Soft finish. Acidity and minerality all good. Really enjoyed it with pasta e ceci ( even though half way through making it I realized i had no chickpeas and substituted cannelloni beans. ) — 4 years ago
