Best red wine I've had! Jeannie said the same. Sweeter, so easy to drink. But not so sweet that Ben doesn't like it. Outstanding. — 4 years ago

Deep purple color.
Aromas of black berry fruit, spice, licorice, tar.
Dry. Flavors of fresh & baked blackberry, licorice, spice, acetone undertone. Moderate tannins are velvety. Great acidity.

While not as funky or overwhelmingly surprising as other Pét Nat’s I sampled recently this one is very solid and well made. Minerality is the characteristic that pervades, derived from the particular Atlantic terroir of the Portuguese coastal soil. Can very much be enjoyed on its own or paired with a nice seafood dinner, which we did 🥂 — 6 years ago
