White peach, lemon curd, bay leaves, fennel, anise, wet stone, and sea salt. 90% Listan Blanco (or Palomino), 10% Albillo Criollo for acidity. 20% aged in French oak for 2-3 months. Lightly fined, no filtration. High minerality and salinity on the palate. Moderate minus acidity. Medium body. — 5 years ago
A blend of Listán Blanco (Palomino) and several other native varieties - Malvasía, Forastera, Marmajuelo, Albillo Criollo, Vijariego Blanco and Gual – from various parcels in the village of Taganana in the north of Tenerife, each plot vinified separately. Fermented in concrete open vats (with short skin-macerations) and partially aged in steel (40%) and 228 and 600-liter oak barrels (60%) for about 8 months. Sea breeze, bitter orange and lightly oxidized notes on the nose. Complex, mineral, precise. Nice saltiness, long finish — 3 years ago
