Quite good, rounded and full. Not quite as complex as the Castello di Morcote. Less structured and more fruit than the Quattromanni. — 9 years ago
Phenomenal! Everything you'd want in a Barolo. — 9 years ago
Unique nose, but still fruity. Interesting flavor. Very good, quaint. Likeable. Can see it going well with a chicken dish or cream sauce. — 10 years ago

Comment: Beautifully balanced nose that makes your skin crawl. This Barolo has deep baking spice notes balanced with herbs humid hay and a warm peppery balsamic finish. Pepper hits the palate first followed by dried herbs (organo, thyme) and a slight cherry/strawberry finish. Silky smooth tannins that give this a beautiful mouthfeel! Yum! — 10 years ago

Schiava grapes (light body, medium acidity, low tannins). "California summer but I wish it was Fall wine". Light, pale color, easy to drink when it's still hot outside through October. Tart cherry, strawberry, woodsy smoke. A little floral on nose. — a month ago
