Black fruits aroma making me remind 1st and 2nd. Mid body? 1 hour, then changed its body, turned into smooth. Rich and fruity. 1.5hours, much smooth. Not just 3rd class. This is the favorite dinner wine for Amanzio of Enoteca Vino Nostro. The Lombardia nebbiolo is lighter on the palate than the Langhe wines to the south. It has the roses and a hint of violet, but no tar or earthy flavors. Excellent with pasta and eggplant! — 9 years ago

We had heard about the rare Timorasso grape, and we got to share a bottle through the generosity of Parmissima Amanti at Enoteca Vino Nostro. The wine was tart, with faint peach and violet tastes. It would be wonderful pasta and white sauce, or with delicate fish. — 9 years ago

Interessante, è la seconda volta che bevo buttafuoco , la prima negativa mentre questa volta non mi è dispiaciuto anzi, il miglior vino della cantina. Buoni profumi, bocca interessante acidità alta, tannini pronunciati ma riesce a stare in buon equilibrio. Ancora qualche anno in cantina per apprezzarlo al meglio — 11 years ago

Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso in assolo. Devo confessare che il Refosco è uno di quei Vini che non bevo spesso, anzi. 😔 Con questo Morus Nigra devo cambiare il trend perchè è un vino davvero ottimo.
