Dry, creamy, hint of chalk. Great acidity and fine bubbles. — 3 years ago
Excellent Champagne. One of the best rosés I’ve tried. Very crisp, but some nice fruity notes showing through. — 3 years ago
Popped and poured; consumed over four hours. Courtesy of Good Life Provisions. Tart Golden apples, some citrus and minerals. Finishes with a zip. Very little evolution before we drank the last drop. Probably could enjoy some time in the cellar. — 7 years ago

2022/9/22-23. 2008-11 base, degorged Dec. 2020, dosage 6.6 g/l. I think this was my first time with this producer and wine. It started a touch hard but with some air revealed lots of tasty lemon, chalk and butter. I was surprised to see how many years this was on the lees - it didn’t seem so deep at first, but it’s a grower. — 2 years ago
