Yesterday we straight to Le Bon George after arriving in Paris and had the best meal! Exhausted so I smartly went with what was recommended. This wine paired perfectly with porch chop and mushroom sauce, plus a French accent. @Le Bon George — a year ago
Good balance. Very good acidity. A hint of heat and green pepper. Very good but not the best vintage of this wine. I had the godefroy. ... as this opens the green and heat go away. Needs 45 minutes. — 5 years ago
