2017 in a great spot. Biodynamic, no sulfur. Nose is fruit—blackberry, sour cherry. Palate is minerals, roasted meats, rhubarb and olive on the finish. 50% grenache/syrah. Really lovely work. Salmon color. Very delicate, elegant aromas. On the nose: red currant, a hint of oak, mineral. On the palate: m+ acidity, m- silky tannins, medium-bodied wine with a mix of red berries and rose pepper on the aftertaste. Pairing for rich meat and fish, Asian food. — 4 years ago
