Grassy and hint of goat cheese, crottin? Crazy texture and such purity. What flavors. Nose is herbal and complex and has a vast array, lavender and weird colored flowers. underarm, funk, cheese, smells like a something from the pfalz, oh my god the acid in this is bracing.
