Nose is lemon, lemon flower, green apple, minerals. smells like Chablis, crystalline, palate is so clean and nimble. huge lemon flavor on the palate. Acid is crazy. Sweetness to the lemon. confectionary. Almonds throughout. huge acid and mineral wash. Wonderful after 8 hours. So pure and a pillowy texture. Just brilliant.
