This really developed nicely: dark ruby, no longer opaque w/minor bricking. Soaring aromas of all manner of red berry fruit, very ripe sweet spot, sweet spice, licorice, bit foresty, garrigue, - just spot on. Cohesive balanced mid-palate, lost some weight but very elegant & generous. So much raspberry, strawberry, kirsch liqueur, brambly, white pepper. Nice length on finish. This is peaking - refined example of regal CDP. — 3 years ago

Brilliant ruby. Smoky, mineral-tinged aromas of raspberry, cherry preserves, garrigue and exotic spices show excellent clarity and acquire a gamy nuance as the wine opens up. At once rich and energetic in character, offering well-concentrated red berry, bitter cherry and spicecake flavors and a sweetening touch of candied lavender.
