A beautiful old world style of red Burgundy! Impeccable power , elegance and transparency . Regis first vintage he made from start to finish was 1951 so this was 49th vintage. — 8 years ago

Heavier and darker than your typical pinot noir. Slightly effervescent. — 5 years ago
Out of mag, a bit chewy but full of bright fruit. Great value! — 8 years ago
Perfect for a Bourgogne, serious yum factor and gulpability. I wrote in VV since this is a VV but was not labeled as such. — 9 years ago
Excellent vin, agréable en bouche, léger et facile à boire — 5 years ago
2011 This wine was Regis 60 th vintage and it's an outstanding bottle from this mixed vintage. Regis seems to make really good wines in less than stellar vintages and this is another example of that. A little reduced on the nose but opened up with aeration to display red fruits , spice , mineral , orange zest . Very harmonious on the plate with great balance and no hard edges. Better in 3 to 5 years and one of the best buys for the vintage at its $40 price tag! — 9 years ago
