2011 This wine was Regis 60 th vintage and it's an outstanding bottle from this mixed vintage. Regis seems to make really good wines in less than stellar vintages and this is another example of that. A little reduced on the nose but opened up with aeration to display red fruits , spice , mineral , orange zest . Very harmonious on the plate with great balance and no hard edges. Better in 3 to 5 years and one of the best buys for the vintage at its $40 price tag!
