This is their “Draft” - delicious, Virginia has a bunch of cideries and they’re really coming into their own. This was creamy and pure, not at all too sweet, fresh crisp acidity, and a clean finish. This had no sour or tart edges and on the lower side of carbonation - quite enjoyable — 3 years ago

The Premium Malt's Pilsner
Suntory Premium Malt (Yellow Can) - I like this one the best although the can does not match a draft. The Premium Malt’s Kaoru Ale (Blue Can, 香るエール) is a bit sweeter and softer. I like gold, son likes blue. I can see why but am getting old and like the familiar. — 2 months ago

Reddish in color with medium plus intensity.
Fruity nose and medium in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing red currants, plums, cooked cherries, light oak, spices, chocolates, coffee and licorice.
This is a very tasty Pinot Noir from Sonoma Coast. Elegant and fruit forward. Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel.
This 7 year old Pinot Noir is peaking now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next 3 years.
A good sipping wine that will pair nicely with food too.
100% Pinot Noir grapes were aged for 20 months in (30% New) French Oak barrels. A small production of less than 4,000 bottles.
