Was saving this for a special occasion and surviving a month in shelter in place is worth celebrating: The 2003 Late Disgorged is spectacular and ready now. After 17 years in the bottle it has caramel, toffee, and green apple and gives one the confidence to shelter a little longer. Wowzer! — 4 years ago

Nez assez réservé avec une fruit rouge assez mat et qq notes d épices et de bois mais immédiatement classe et de grand cru de pinot noir .... mais ou?
Bouche dense mais fraîche et cristalline avec un développement en longueur tirant loin quelle énergie
Incroyable pour l année et le vigneron je trouve
Un 95/100 ce soir mais il est très loin d avoir tout donner10 ou 15 le sublimeront

1994 Screaming Eagle. Dinner w J&L B and D&M H while staying with D&M in Santa Ynez. Opened and waited about an hour. Decanted right before serving. Tons of jammy dark fruit. Opened more in the glass. JB mentioned full palate and balance. Great finish. Preferred this to ‘91 Dominus once this opened up. — 4 years ago
