Cornas Syrah

Old school finally starting to relax. Bitter chocolate, meat, spices- wait, I'm describing molé!

Funky, in a great way, earthy intensity on the finish, really solid example of what Syrah is capable of in the right hands.

Beautiful Cornas. Roast meat, jerky, smoke, deep raspberry, crushed violets, and hints of olive. Pure pleasure.

Burger action!!

Chewy.

Opened and decanted for 30 minutes. Classic northern Rhone aromas.

Earth, olive and dark red fruit.

Bouche ample mais gardant de la fraîcheur et avec peu d alcool tanins encore un peu agressifs en finale mais l air métamorphose la finale
