Le vin a changé totalement apres 1 heure d’ouverture, passant d’un vin lourd, goutant l’extrait de gomme balloune et de bleuet en un vin plus élégant tout en fruit, avec un petite touche floral, énorme contraste qui lui a fait énormément de bien.
