Winery named as a tribute to Mr.Burgess, the Irish Connemara pony who has been around for almost 15 years. Interesting aromas of fruit, floral scents and earthy herbs. On the palate cherry and tea flavors with some sweet spice, lively acidity and good balance, somewhat thin for a Sonoma Pinot. Fine soft tannins, lingering finish. Good now will also benefit from some aging. Excellant! — 5 years ago
