Clear, pale ruby in color. On the nose, it has medium intensity primary and secondary aromas of hibiscus, cloves, and raspberries. On the palate, it's dry with high acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, and medium intensity flavors of tart cherries, lavender, and dried herbs with a long finish.
