Served cold on Labor Day. Fruit forward with some earthy tones too, especially when first coming from the bottle. Very drinkable. Fun flavors. — 2 years ago
WSJ wine. Full bodied. Phil and I both liked it, but I think I liked it a little more. Phil calls it a “cold weather wine” — 5 years ago
2022 vintage. Any wine that smells like roses gets my attention. In this case the roses are intertwined with spices, and it is hard to find wines this cheap that smell so nice. A delicious, uncomplicated, spicy and fruity Negrette, with a little tannic bite that can be served slightly cold. Abv. 12,5%. This organic Fronton delivers lots of pleasure and character, and it sells for a song. — 2 months ago
Chappellet may be known for their cabs but their viognier really does it for me. Incredible perfumed nose, and bursts with delicious stone fruit. — 3 years ago

The wine itself is fantastic as well. Ripe black plum, blueberry, licorice, cinnamon, black tea leaf, and hint of dried mushroom on the nose. Supple and balanced. No rush but very delicious now. — 10 months ago
Way to easy to drink. Picture yourself on a picnic table south of France in June. That’s this wine. Serve cold! — 4 years ago
One of my favorites especially of the Apothic line. — 5 years ago
