This is a neat, fruit Zinfandel. Dark colour and well worth a try. — 3 years ago
I thought I would do something fun this Halloween season and post some “creepy” wines and pair them with some fun cheese. This is a nice blend from Paso Robles, medium body, dark garnet in color. Very tannic with notes of rhubarb and raspberry. I wish I could eat this cheese by the mouthful. It’s a Wensleydale cheese from the UK with strawberry and Prosecco. So sweet, it really offsets the tannins in the wine. 💀🍷🧀 — 5 years ago

This is great. I was expecting fire and jam, but got a lovely nose with purple plums, black pepper, a bit of jalapeño berry jam, baking spice, and good acidity. For the price, fantastic. For a funny label wine, maybe the best I’ve had. Would love to see this in a blind tasting. — 9 months ago

really enjoy Petite Sirah but it's hard to find - this is a PS dominated blend: initially passed on this due to gimmicky label but wine guy raved about it, so here we are: decent presentation of the varietal: gobs of black fruit - blackberry, plums even prunes, boysenberry, cassis, spice cake and lots of other goodies. plush & suave on mid-palate, plenty of fruit but not one dimensional (which is why I love PS). well made and decent QPR — 4 days ago
